Your subscription to Maintainable Test includes:
All hardware costs. Your data is stored on our cluster of high-end Dell blade servers, housed in a secure and fully redundant data center. Data is always stored redundantly on multiple servers within our infrastructure with failover should there be a hardware problem. We also keep encrypted, off-site backups of all your data. Your data is always sent securely to us via the internet with 256-bit SSL encryption, using the same technology and methods as your bank.
All software costs. Since the Maintainable Test software is hosted on our hardware, we perform all maintenance. This includes system updates for security as well as feature updates. We typically update Maintainable Test on a weekly basis with enhancements and new features.
All license fees. There are no per-site, per-computer, or per-seat licenses. With this flexibility, we find customers invite more users within their organization and thus make better use of their data. We find that our customers typically invite two- to three- dozen users.
All add-on toolkits. We have add-ons to connect with popular industry software like NI TestStand and LabVIEW. You'll have access to all of these and any futures ones we develop. For our downloadable software, we always provide full source code.
Dedicated support staff. Every account has access to our support staff based in the United States. You'll know your contacts by name and will be able to contact them directly by phone and email. We always keep you running smoothly and answer any questions that you have.
Fast integration. We've worked hard to make setting up Maintainable Test as easy as possible. This means working with existing test systems and not modifying them. Our add-on software does most of the work. It installs in minutes and can be easily removed. A new customer can typically start using Maintainable Test in production within a few days.
